Last Thursday, I was invited to the Essentiel store in Brussels (Louisalaan 66) to have a look at the new Flash Collection. And flashy it was, indeed! This event took place after the press day (which I’ll post about later), so I was a bit tired but it was fun nonetheless. First of all, I kid you not, I absolutely fell in love with the interior of this store.
The beauty of it probably doesn’t come across all that well on my pictures, but you’ll just have to take my word on it. It’s sort of like an adult playground, there’s lots of different areas that have different designs & it’s simply stunning. My favorite would have to be the colorful flowers, the green couch with the mirrors behind it and the fitting rooms. A bird cage chair mixed with a lovely bird print wallpaper, so pretty! That chair is the best thing ever.
Now on to the people, the party & clothes! We were treated to Cointreaupolitans and yummy, colorful macaroons.
Et voila! Honestly, I didn’t really look at the clothes because I didn’t want to tempt myself too much. I was on a shopping hiatus :) They made it extra difficult by offering a 20% discount but I was strong and said no :) The brand and store are definitely worth checking out though, they have (from what I saw) a lot of beautiful pieces that are perfect for spring. Last but not least, I want to give a little shout out to Kim from Ella & Louise (second last picture, the blond girl), I thought she looked super beautiful that night & I was in loooovvveeee with her outfit! It was also a lot of fun to meet Patricia (my fairy) for the first time in real life :) Okay, enough girl-crushing, see you tomorrow!
