The British singer, who got engaged to boyfriend
Sam Cooper over the holidays, posted this picture of her engagement ring on her blog on Monday. She posted the picture to show off her manicured nails, but it’s hard to focus on her nails when all you can see is her blinding engagement ring. The ring is a simple solitaire with a baguette setting.

Being eco-conscious has been a growing concern over the past years, and
eco-friendly engagement rings are no exception. Check out these celebs who are sporting engagement rings that are both gorgeous and friendly to the environment.
Natalie Portman
Natalie’s classically stunning ring is not only surprisingly vegan but also pretty cheap, too. With the help of a jeweler, the couple created a ring made out of recycled metals with a vintage center stone. The pave diamonds that surround the center stone were taken from a conflict-free mine. The estimated price is only $35,000, which is pretty economical for most celebrities.
Alicia Silverstone
The longtime vegetarian and environmental advocate went the vintage route when she got engaged to Christopher Jarecki. Jarecki proposed to her with a family heirloom, an old ring that used to belong to his grandmother.
Crystal Bowersox
The
American Idol runner-up had an entire green wedding when she got married in 2010. She and husband Brian Walker opted to forgo diamonds entirely. “There are no diamonds to be found [in our wedding rings] as we don’t believe in the violence and injustice that occurs within the diamond trade industry,” Crystal told
People. “Both rings feature the masonry symbol, an infinity 8, and the Sanskrit symbol for the sound ‘om’ and a personal design that for us represents three: Brian, Crystal, and Tony.”
