In the lead up to the Oscars on Sunday night, the lovely Abbi Hollins from bronzing brand St.Tropez gave custom tans to the A-List attendees. And in between all that spraying, she's been keeping Grazia Daily updated on all the inside goss straight from La La Land...
Day 4 in LA and the Oscars are nearly upon us!!!! This has been the best day yet!! We tanned lots of celebs at Kinara Spa today...Hugh Jackman and his wife, Guliana Rancic and Busy Philips to name but a few.

In anticipation of the big night, I decided it was time I went to Hollywood to check out the famous venue. Barriers surrounded the venue and the sun was shining making it light up and the 'Oscar' was glowing!! Touristy I know but I went to a nearby souvenir shop and spent a fortune!! It had to be done so I purchased gifts for friends and family at home. Walking along the walk of fame and my smile couldn't get any wider! So much to see! I had my camera out snapping non stop and was even approached by the 'one and only' Elvis Presley!!  Continuing my walk I found the famous hand and footprints on the stone floor! I compared hand sizes with Marilyn Monroe and foot size with Tom Hanks! Continuing my stroll and then the Hollywood sign came into in full view! Again the famous squeal of delight came out and I literally felt like a star myself! There's something about this place! It's special!

Time to get back to the hotel for the QVC Oscar's party with Sophie Evans, St Tropez QVC star amongst other roles. With a stunning red dress on and a beehive barnet she looked drop dead gorgeous! The party was held at the Four Seasons Hotel and we were mingling with Joan Collins and Colin Firth - third time this week! He couldn't be more handsome and a genuinely really nice chap!!

After the party, we grabbed a taxi and back to the Sunset Marquis! We got changed and went to the restarant to share the news with the others! What a night!! We had food and drinks to celebrate! Sea bass to eat and champagne to drink!  Had lots of fun and surrended to bed at around 3am! Night night LA!
DAY 5
Day 5!! Ahh its Sunday! Day of rest! .... but not if you're in LA on the day of the Oscars! This place is on fire and the atmosphere is absolutely buzzing!

With our work complete, it was a day off and straight on to brunch at the Bucking Bronco Rodeo bar and grill!  The waiters were dressed as cowgirls and cowboys and the food was amazing….a proper US style feast with giant portions. We were all were feeling a bit delicate after last night and the carb overload suited us perfectly.
Following lunch, we walked back to the Sunset Marquis Hotel and knackered from the weeks activities, had a lie down before the big show started.  At 3pm, we all congregated downstairs in the hotel’s outside bar and watched the show that we'd all set out for... Didn't the red carpet look amazing??  Now not to namedrop or anything but didn't Gwyneth Paltrow look amazing??? Her skin was glowing!! Can anyone say St.Tropez Gold Skin Illuminator? Jessalyn Gilsig - (Actress on Glee) looked radiant as ever! Rashida Jones, Kelly Osbourne and Courtney Cox also looked stunning with their St. Tropez glow and beautifully finished skin!
The show was fantastic but it was all about Colin Firth for me! My new best friend!!  I’m sure after all my sightings this week, he’d recognize me!  When the show was over, it was off to 'Mels drive-in Diner' for a late dinner.  With the A-List entering in their tuxes and gowns, it’s the celebrity hot spot to dine in! Juke boxes on each table with a root beer and sweet potato fries and chicken wings, we couldn't have asked for a better last night in the sensational LA!

As the juke box blasted out My Way by Frank Sinatra, I had that moment again where I just took it all in and knew I was going to miss this place massively.

Back to the hotel and one last night in the best bed in the world! Aaand relax…
