The Skinny LFW Autumn Winter 11 2011 HuynhtANNGOC
London Fashion Week AW2010 – Maria Francesca Pepe
Maria Francesca Pepe’s Presentation, entitled Into The Woods was held at Somerset House.
Some nice touches with the hardware detailing on the back of this dress
Fabrics contrasted between feminine and sheer, patterned with claw marks or were heavy and luxurious, furs and leather were paired with some really nice jewelry that picked up on the dark and twisted themes running wild throughout this stand out collection.
Louise Gray - Quilt Me Change Me at Somerset House
Maintaining the reputation of Scotland’s emerging design talent New Gen designer Louise Gray showed a bright and playful presentation. Her tactile pieces with both chirpy, dancing models and a static format that allowed you to pose behind the clothes. It was the perfect atmosphere for her designs, which were influenced by the collages of Peter Clarke, the textiles of Shirley Craven, Mbuti tribal art and the Danceteria scene from 80s New York.
Holly Fulton – It’s Only Black And White But I Like It
Scottish designer Holly Fulton’s title maybe a little misleading, this standout piece from her collection was this tangerine orange dress with telephone graphic and telephone earrings
