What I Wore: New Harmony

Adam’s cousin’s wedding!
Why:
Over the weekend, Adam and I attended the most beautiful wedding! It was unseasonably hot (hot hot, like 97 degrees) and the wedding was outdoors, but it was by a lake and absolutely lovely. Although I didn’t plan for the heat, this dress was perfect.  I love the 1960s wiggle style cut which was perfect for dancing the twist!
The small village where the wedding took place is called New Harmony.  In the early 1800s it was twice settled as an attempt for a utopian society… but you know how those things go.  Many of the early architecture still survives, which Adam and I were able to take in by borrowing the free cruisers from the inn.
