2) Am I right thinking that the sewing the dress is individual thing? If I am right, please tell me how long will it take you to sew the exact dress (one item)?
normally ,it will take about 3 to 4 weeks to finish a dress .one dress will be made by several designers,someone design it ,someone cut the fabric,someone sew the fabric on the machine,and someone sew the beads,crystals,embroidery ...etc. the dress will be made in a queue ,of course,some customer need a rush order,after he or she paid a rush order fee $80 ,her dress will be put in the head of the queue .
3) How long does it take to deliver the wedding dress to Ukraine (Shipping Area 10) after transfering the money to your company"s account?
We can ship the dress by UPS,DHL,TNT,EMS and FedEx .of course,the cost is different and the speed is different .
The speed of UPS,DHL,TNT,FedEx are almost the same.it will take about 3 to 4 days to arrive at Ukraine.EMS is the cheapest,it will take about 5 to 7 days to arrive at Ukraine.

4) The price specified on web site won"t be increase? for some reasons?
the cost of the dress include the price listed on our website and the shipping cost .no other cost . for example,you choosed a dress whose price is $259 ,delivery to USA by EMS is $20 ,so the total cost is $279. We alwasy write the price on the shipping label with only $20 or $30 ,so you don"t need pay the tax when you sign for it.

We will send a confirmation to the customer who placed their order in our company,the confirmation email inclde the estimated delivery date,if you don't accept the delivery date,please contact us right away,after you accept the delivery date ,you can not change the delivery date by yourself.Recently ,some customers changed the delivery date by theirself,we can not finish the dress in time according to the changed delivery time by the customer.and so they claimed to their bank that they didn't receive the dress from us.If you want to order your dress from us,please comply with this agreement!Thank you very much!
