I LOVE the second look. In fact I used to have a couple of similar dresses, and I also always paired them with boots. It's my favorite look. I only wish I could find a new pair of boots I like now.
I kind of love that first outfit-the color and the vibrancy are so wonderful and dr seuss-y. Plus how refreshing to have FLOTUS dress in such exciting colors and not look like a stepford wife. But I get what you say about the top looking less fab than the skirt.
I liked what she was trying more in the first pictures more than the second, but those boots are truly fabulous.
Can we put those boots with the jacobs skirt?
